And again, SRI is certified to manufacture high-end apparatus with approval of the Chinese authorities, SELO. After a thourough audit in the beginning of this year, this certificate is re-awarded to SRI. This enables us to proceed in producting SRI specific equipment for our customers in the Far East.

It all fits together, especially this casing made of Stainless Steel 316L!
Consisting of an upper and a lower part, this casing is assembled to one piece, in which, next to the welding job, the fitting together is of great importance. In the foodbranch this is a must!
After all surfaces have been machined and finished, this fine piece of fitting craftmanship was ready for transport.
With a specialized transport service SRI delivered the above shown Muffle to one of it’s customers in Germany. Total length of approx 20 meters and a diameter of 2 meters.
Due to the fact this apparatus needs to handle high temperatures, it ’s completely manufactured of Nicrofer 6025HT (high nickel alloy material suited for these high temperatures.)
SRI is specialized in welding and processing various types of stainless steel and high grade materials. Our own SRI team of 40 qualified welders are able to process almost every type of material.
SRI is currently fabrication five large stainless steel pressure vessels for a Dutch client. Each is manufactured with a dished head and conical bottom part. Due to the high total weight, we mount on shell a heavy support structure. Since the unit has a height of 10 meters, construction takes place in SRI’s own production halls, where height is not an issue. Soon we will remove the existing vessels from the client’s factory, after which we will assemble and connect the new pressure vessels.
