The chemical industry demands highly specific equipment requirements. SRI exceeds these requirements by means of the engineering, manufacturing and inspection of our pressure equipment. Among our delivery program for the chemical indystry are heat exchangers (shell & tube), air-cooled coolers, reactors, columns, pressure vessels and piping. We not only carry out projects for end customers, but also for EPC contractors.
SRI uses state-of-the-art production equipment such as submerged arc welding, orbital welding systems for pipe-tube plates and our CNC machining center. We have extensive experience with the various design codes and are certified for PED according to modules H and H1. Also, we are experts in translating customer specifications into the final design, where we include solutions such as wind loads and earthquake calculations if necessary. Because of the specific demands by the industry we pay attention to clear communication with our customers during the design and subsequent manufacturing process. SRI stands for fully customer-specific solutions. Our independent QC department plays a prominent role for the ITP’s schedules, take-offs and release notes. We deliver our end products with a complete manufacturing report (MR) as standard.
We frequently assemble our equipment on-site by our own staff. This includes detailed digital site scanning. SRI specializes in stainless steel materials and high-quality alloys such as 316(L) stainless steel, (Super) Duplex, Inconel, Hastelloy and Titanium.
Right from the concept phase of any project, SRI is heavily involved in the design of devices in order to create the best solution in cooperation with our clients.
