The energy market is evolving rapidly. SRI participates by engineering innovative equipment, for example for hydrogen applications. We are closely cooperating with our customers in order to deliver the most complete and advanced solution.
SRI supplies a range of energy equipment such as heat exchangers (shell & tube), catalysis systems and reformers. We closely work together with our customers in order to create the best designs – starting with the development of pilot plants. Examples are (high-pressure) equipment for hydrogen (H2) generation and innovative biodegradation processes. SRI commits to various design standards like ASME and EN 13445. Because of the processes’ high pressures and extreme temperatures we use several high-quality materials such as Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy, Titanium and Super Duplex steel.
Because of the specific demands by the energy industry we pay attention to clear communication with our customers during the design and subsequent manufacturing process. This is where our independent QC department plays a key role (ITP’s schedules, orders, release notes). We deliver our end products with a complete manufacturing report (MR) as standard.
Right from the concept phase of any project, SRI is heavily involved in the design of devices in order to create the best solution in cooperation with our clients.
