We manage to continuously minimize failure cost through scheduled maintenance, smart technological inspections and preventive replacement of wear parts.
Our service team, with their well-equipped service vans, is continuously backed-up on-site with expertise from SRI headquarters. Also, there’s always a welding specialist and (strength) engineer standby to make designs and drawings. All of our service technicians are VCA certified, also they are certified to perform NDT for penetrant testing level 2.
SRI pays close attention to preventive maintenance of pressure equipment and timely replacement or revision of wear parts. As a result we keep costs and downtime to a minimum. Through smart inspections, for example wall thickness and surface measurements (Dye penetrant, etc.) we manage to carry out our repair plan in a highly decisive way. In case of a certified device (or parts thereof) we also carry out a calculation and/or adjustment to the drawings. This way we keep all technical documentation up-to-date.
