The ITP is one of many documents we submit to our customer for review. Only after approval will we start manufacturing. In the meantime, our project office draws up a detailed plan, which we also share with our customer. In advance, we have ordered all materials. As soon as the drawing package is final we start manufacturing. During the entire project one of our engineers serves as a permanent contact to our customer.

Our QC department strictly adheres to the ITP, guaranteeing end quality. After all individual parts have been manufactured, we assemble the equipment. After a visual welding inspection and X-ray examination, we assemble the entire device. Then, it’s time for final testing. During construction our customer, often accompanied by their external engineering party, carries out inspections. Both are usually present during final inspection and testing. When everything is ready we compile the complete documentation into a ‘Manufacturing Data Book’, which we then hand over to our customer.
After approval we lift the equipment according to an approved lifting plan and transport it to our customer.Read more
Our assembly team takes care of unloading the equipment and installing it in the factory. All piping is connected, after which our team performs the SAT test. Also, it is agreed upon for SRI specialists to carry out periodic inspections and any repairs. Since we deliver these types of new energy equipment worldwide, our specialists, too, are available worldwide.
