For the production of chemical components, SRI has developed a high-pressure heat exchanger to replace the existing one. Our new version is made of Duplex material. To minimize any product adhesion the product end (pipe side) is polished. Additionally we polished the piping internally. During a short production pauze at our customer, we disconnected the existing item and installed the new one. Earlier, we carefully measured the old heat exchanger on-site in order to guarantee a fast exchange. The project was realized exactly as agreed.
SRI has translated our customer’s requirements into a detailed technical drawing. We meticulously measured all dimensions on-site and implemented these into our drawing. We performed strength calculations according to the EN 13445 design code and further worked out the technical details. Read more
Before starting production, our independent QC department draws up an ITP (inspection and test plan). Based on this ITP, we set up a PIM (pre-inspection meeting) with our customer. Our project office then draws up a detailed plan, which we share with our customer. Read more
Based on our various drawings SRI starts production. Parts are rolled, welded (under powder deck) and tube sheets drilled. All the wile, our QC department assures quality based on the ITP.Read more
After approval of the heat exchanger, we lift the equipment according to an approved lifting plan and then transport it to our customer. Our assembly team takes care of unloading the equipment and installing it in the factory.Read more
